Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about claiming from Nano Space Faucet.
Is this actually free?
Yes. Every claim is a real, on-chain Nano transaction sent from the faucet's own balance directly to your address, at no cost to you.
How much Nano do I get per claim?
A small, randomized amount within a range set by the faucet operator. Because Nano has no transaction fees, even a tiny amount arrives in full.
How often can I claim?
Claims are rate-limited per visitor and per destination address, with a cooldown period before you can claim again. If you claim too soon, the faucet will tell you how long is left.
Why was my claim rejected?
Usually one of three reasons: the address wasn't a valid nano_ address, the bot-check wasn't completed, or you (or that address) are still in the cooldown window.
How do I know the transaction is real?
Every successful claim shows a block hash you can open on a public Nano block explorer to verify the transaction yourself, independent of this site.
I don't have a Nano wallet yet — what do I do?
Visit the wallets page to pick a mobile, web, or hardware wallet and generate a free nano_ address in under a minute, then come back and claim.
Can I use this to fund an exchange account?
Faucet amounts are intentionally small and meant for testing, not funding trades. See the exchanges page for where to actually buy Nano.
Do you store my personal information?
The faucet only needs the wallet address you submit to send the transaction. See the privacy page for full details.
